FYI, Noopsyche is under new ownership and they no longer have any local support. It's all out of China. The people that built the brand for them in the US were "let go" by the new management. As a result, Aquarium Specialty is no longer carrying this brand. I've sent multiple emails to them asking for help with a defective T5 fixture over the course of the last 3 weeks and they have not responded.
