Edit to add - the [email protected] and [email protected] aren’t working either. Hopefully they log in soon and see this. Looks like they were last on in February @ChampionLighting

Additional update, messaged them on FB, they were last on in July 31 but their support number just rings but I also think they are generally closed on the weekend

According to their response on FB they are having hardware issues and are working on fixing it
