This weird lil thing grew off of one of my snails. Not a zoa or paly tho structure resembles. Actually looks like something comes out of the tube and feeds. Any ideas seems like an algae or something like that.

It's a macroalgae from Acetabularia genus. Funny it is growing on the shell of the astrea or trochus, if he could reach it he'd definitely chow it down.

Nailed it - thanks. Should I pull it out - does it turn into a nuisance type do you know?

Not a nuisance, just let it be. Most of the time another snail will clean its back.
