Weird transparent like suckers on my new hammer

Hi guys, I just bought a single hammer head from a lfs. It’s known to be a reputable store, with no pests other than aiptasia (which are free shrimp food anyways). I noticed these transparent lumps on the skeleton that flatten themselves when I shine light. I dipped with revive and turkey baster for 10 mins. What are they?

Looks like flatworms.
