Weird worm/ID anyone?

Saw this guy releasing a gas as it was in a I shape sticking out of my sand bed. Thought it was a bristle worm but it lacks the spines. It has long whisker like tentacles and a long feeler amount like a snail. Watch video attached and please help ID if possible. Thanks everyone.
