Forgive the numerous grail pics. As a torch lover I have been wanting a holy grail for a looong time and Im excited to finally have one!

dang. Whatever you are doing in your tank must be magical. Your corals look so zaftig. Torches are my fave too. And you’re acans (are they?) are gorgeous! Mine have been struggling but are starting to puff out just a wee bit.

Ok so here’s how it works. He doesn’t sell stuff unless he’s had it in house for 2-3 months. So he has lots of tanks, that are basically each upcoming sale, in various stages of qt/observation

Nobody buys from the website if it’s not a sale. Only noobs.

So, nobody actually knows what will be in the sale, until the sale starts. He will take 1000 pics in a couple days and make website listings for everything. And puts them in the website in the VIP section which is password protected

How do you get the password?! If you participate in one of his sales, then you get vip going forward. So vip is private for anyone whose bought from Sbb before, during a sale. He sends prior customers the pw once vip is ready

We get to go in vip a few days before the sale. It’s a way to comb through those 600-1000 corals before everyone else, in case there is something special that you want, before it goes public and anyone else can buy it

This is how I got that red and yellow lobo. There only was one, and that’s right up my ally and I wanted it early

Once the sale officially starts, everything is moved out of vip and into the wysiwyg section

His pricing is also all fake. Because R2R members get coupon codes that start at 35% off anything and increase to 50% off by the time it’s the last day of the sale

Then there is the after party sale and we get 55% off anything that didn’t sell during the sale

You gotta watch along in the thread for the current sale. Also any new buyer that introduces themself as a new buyer in the thread, gets a gift card. Report a website issue? Get a gift card. Random people being active in the thread get gift cards. He gives them out daily and you can stack gift cards
