If anyone wonders why you cant get the round curve and the 7 setpoints use the android app. the ios app cant change setpoint 1 to 9:00 1.

The first point can’t be change it devided the day from other day !
The first point 00:00 is 24:00h
So las point can be 23:59 max
And point to 00:01 the minimum.

i think there is a misunderstanding. People cant setup the round curve that was postet. thats because on ios the first entry of the app that is 0:00 cant be changed. i changed the first entry 0:00 to 9:00 on an andoird device, saved my new program. now my apple device under ios shows the new program and shows the first setpoint at 9:00 and not 0:00. because of this app problem people here where not able to adopt your settings. pls try to replicate this bug yourself. take an ios device and try to manipulate the first entry 0:00 to any other value. on ios thats not possible, under android it is possible.

The light make the curve without making so many points because it rump up and down slowly.
Can use just 4 point to 6

09:00 1% start point
12:00 70%. This will rump up slowly
17:00 70% this will keep the Intensity at 70%
20:00 0% this will rump down slowaly

Add some extra 2 point btw 12:00 to 17:00
And 17:00 to 20:00 will make some extra curve .

17:00 70%
18:30 60
20:00 0%

Why do you limit the number of set points? It really doesn’t make sense can you not make a FW change and add in more?

on the screenshot you can see the ios bug. it starts at 0:00 and cant be changed. second screenshot starts at 10:00. i think most people would be fine if the ios bug is fixed. it would also be nice if on a setpoint change it would start with the original value and not the current time.

0 is off, 1% just tells the controller to beginning or "come on", at least that's the way it works for me.

I just got a orphek v4 compact. It will replace the kessil a360x which I'm currently running. The tank is an IM 25 lagoon and lps dominant. What's the hanging hight I should aim for? And any recommendations regarding of a light schedule for lps? Thanks in advance.

My recommendation would be to start with acclimation mode ramping up and down for 10 to 12 hours. What I have found with Orphek vs. some of the other lights I have owned is that you should be able to eventually ramp up to between 80 and 100% on all channels, if you want, without bleaching anything.

For real? My tank is really shallow. It's only 12 inches deep. And I mainly keep lps coral. Thanks for the reply.
