What’s all this new stuff in my tank?

Was doing a weekly cleaning yesterday and noticed new stuff!!
There is white salty specs on my LR it’s not stuck it moves around

Then I saw some other things on my LR I thought it was barnacles but I don’t think it is..I also have it on my back glass now

checked Perimeters everything is perfect including PH

Found out they are spirorbid worms...are they the little particles I see floating in my water too? Almost making it look cloudy
