What’s going on with my anemone!!!?

Hello
I've got a huge shock when I was locking into my saltwater tank today!
My anemone looks very ill. But my water parameters are fine and all the other inhabitants are fat and happy only my bubble tip anemone looks like she’s not okay....
Does someone have an idea what’s the problem?

Can you tell us what your parameters are? How long have you had the nem? Have you changed anything recently (lights, flow, etc.)? Has it been in that spot before? Fed it recently? Any additional info can help.
