What’s going on with my octospawn?

Looking to see what’s going on with my octospawn? On the right on the branch area there’s this weird mouth looking thing that closes up whenever I shine light on it. Also, on the left, the polyps aren’t falling over the side. All of my parameters are fine other than a somewhat low phosphate. I had another octospawn die of BJD a few weeks ago, and am trying to prevent that from happening on this one. Any help would greatly be appreciated!

Octospawns don't really like sand. Best to place on rock work where they can fully inflate without irritation. They get HUGE.
