what the heck is growing out the top if this plug/ bottom right of coral?? Bad?, how bad and what do I do if it is bad?

Can't really see it clearly. Can you get a still close-up shot? Doesn't look like an Aiptasia, or Mojjano, so that is a good thing.

I’m leaning towards Aiptasia my self.

I am assuming you mean the very small looking anemone or Duncan at the bottom and not the worm tube at the top? It doesn’t look like my majano anemone. I am assuming this is immobile, otherwise I might guess Nudibrach

No it doesn't. Not even close!

Aiptasia has a thin stalk and feathery pointy tentacles. The image in the video is short with much thicker and rounder tentacles. It resembles a Duncan, but I can't zoom in to see it clearly.

THIS, is Aiptasia. Still wanting a better shot from the OP to correctly identify what we are looking at.

Its an aptasia. Keep removal simple.
Using syringe, inject either lemon juice or better yet. . kalkwasser powder mixed with tank water into a paste the consistency of toothpaste and inject into the very center core and it will melt away

I was going to say aiptasia or mojano but there seems to be differing opinions. Do you have a tank you can put it in to grow it out in safety? If aiptasia or mojano you want it gone but a Duncan is worth keeping. I always say "if in doubt take it out" unless you have a tank to isolate it.

That looks like aptasia. If you can seperate the Coral to a seperate tank while you kill the aptasia, that is preferable to dealing with it in the display (killing it wrong can stress it and cause it to release 10+ babies into your tank and make the problem worse).

My preferred method is to mix kalkwasser with just enough water to make a paste the consistency of toothpaste. I then use a syringe to completely cover the aptasia and this both kills it from the high pH and blocks the babies from being released. You can also cover it in 2 part epoxy putty for a similar effect.

Injecting into the very center make babies IME. Better to smother completely with paste IMO.

I’ve done this for years with total success
When you hit center, the entire surface IS smothered

Curly nem. He won't spread so much but might get big enough to bother the coral in the future. Otherwise he's safe imo.
