What’s happening to my torch

Just put this torch in my tank about a week ago and it is declining day to day water parameters are in check idk what is goin on here anyone have any clues would be appreciated thanks

No shrimp just some blue leg crabs and red leg I dipped the coral before introducing it to the tank. The tank is three months old

Tank is young. Could be the reason. You haven't posted any parameters so, can't make any comments about that. Nutrients can have an affect as in the absence of nutrients. Where are your nitrates at? May need to monitor it and see if something is picking on it and check for brown jelly and pests.

Ammonia 0 nitrite 0 ph 8.1 salinity 1.026 phosphate 0 gotta recheck nitrate will post in a few

You can usually see it in the skeleton. Looking at your pics, I really don't see any but you can take a closer look and perhaps see something. One head looks better than the other. Maybe try a dip as suggested earlier. Many euphyllias have trouble in younger tanks.

Was it ever fully open? What are calcium and alk. What lights and how far away. I had a torch that retracted badly until I raised my cal/alk/mag to normal levels.

I haven’t checked mag call and alk yet I have 2 radion xr15 gen 4 there about 8 inches above the water I have a innovative marine 25 lagoon
There on coral labs lps setting on a four week acclimation I believe the intensity is set as 35 right now

I don't think it's disease or pests. If you want to keep corals I HIGHLY advise getting a cal/alk/mag test kit. Or do a lot of water changes. Do you use RODI? Any other corals in the tank?

I use rodi and I have Red Sea mag calc and alk test kits just haven’t gotten around to testing them yet no other coral in the the tank this is the first addition besides the blue and red legs
