What’s this all over my mushroom?!?

Just bought some kind of mushroom about a week ago. It was covered in flat worms. Cleaned all of them off (I think). Looked happy for about 4 days. Then scrunched up this morning with some weird stuff. No I didn’t dip but I’m new to this and I did order some coral rx. Thanks in advance
