What’s this decorator crab wearing?

It’s a bad pic I know but it’s the best that could be done at the time. My nephew works at a fish store and had a decorator crab come in with some interesting cloths. Anyone have any idea? Looking at the series of bumps left of the claw and the round symmetrical set of them on the leg at the top

Colinial tunicates.

looks like colonial tunicates, possibly Botrylloides diegensis, they come in orange aswell.
