What’s this on my snail

I noticed this growing on one of my snails. The snail is still in quarantine for 5 weeks so far along with some shrimp, crabs , and some corals.
I noticed this red looking spiky growth growing on the snails shell. Any ideas ?
Should i get it out ?

Are those vivisected crab claws on the sand?

Lol - no they are shrimp sheddings
