Update spot fell off it was a fleck of debris haha
Just for future reference, that looked too large to be ich. Still, it is a good idea to observe your fish closely every day. Ich does fall off and then multiply and return to different locations on the fish, in increasing numbers each time.

Yeah if it hadn’t fallen off then I’d say Lymphocystis, usually comes from mild stress due to poor water quality. I have a Moorish Idol that gets it now and again but always disappears after a day or so.

Update more spots popped up I only see it on this clown and she’s still eating like a champ. Any possibility or guesses?

Some of those smaller spots could be ich. The big spot at the top isn’t ich though. What is your ability to move the fish to a hospital tank for treatment ?

I don’t have one unfortunately I might be able to setup one in the next couple days but I’ve never set one up before

Do you think it could be lympho?
No, it’s definitely not Lymphocystis. The larger spot is probably bacterial, an abscess. The smaller spots could be ich, and if so, that is more serious.

I did see it have a stringy poop but it wasn’t white so I could see it being bacterial as well
