I’m new and I been getting help from someone but she’s asleep and I just checked on him before going to bed I do not wanna lose my whole tank what’s wrong with my bta?

Is this a new addition? If so, what was the acclimation procedure?

If it’s a current resident, how did it get in the box? Why is it in the box?

...as stated above, a heaping mouth is NOT good.

...as stated above, a heaping mouth is NOT good.
He’s been in the tank for a week he’s in the box cuz I got some dry rock and wasn’t told to soak it before putting it in my tank and I had to do a water change and he was looking worse then this I took the rocks out and put him in a breeder box as quarantine all my other nems Are looking good and are out he’s the only one like this
