What’s wrong with my puffer fish’s eye ? How do I go about treating it? He seems to be acting normal just bumping into stuff because it can’t see, help my fish please.

from the looks of its eyes, it appears to be from a scratch or injury in which Maracyn AKA maracyn one would be treatment. Best recourse is isolation in a quarantine tank supplied with added aeration
If its Both eyes, could be flukes and use of PraziPro for one 8 day interval dose , water change on day 9 and one more dose for an 8 day interval
Seachem Kanaplex would also work but im leaning towards praziPro AGAIN. . if its both eyes

It looks to me like pop eye. (Not the sailor ) typically a bacterial infection in/behind the eyes. I have had pretty good success with sprinkling seachem kanaplex on fresh cut food (lightly per the directions) letting it soak in for about 15 minutes. You can also treat the water in a qt tank with it as well - however kanaplex WILL kill your bio filter if treating whole tank. Usually 5 or 6 days. Give a break and if not gone hit it again (no more than 5 or 6 days because kanaplex is hard on the fish and give the fish a couple days break between treatment) good luck.
