My current "wish list" is below. I do not expect I will get all of them for both $ , compatibility and availability. This is the list I am currently researching and trying develop a plan to order 3-5 fish at a time and put them in my 40g QT tank.

a) Carpenter Wrasse (1 male, 2 female)
b) Convict Tang
c) McCosker Wrasse (add 2 ?)
d) Helfrichi Fire Fish (one or two)
e) Excuisite Fairy Wrasse - African) ( 2 fish)
f) Orchid Dottyback (1 or 2)
g) Flame Hawkfish
h) Lyretail Anthias (three fish)
j) Blue Star Leopard Wrasse (one)
m) Evansi Anthias (alternative to Lyretail Anthias)
n) Red-Lined Wrasse (1 male, 1 female) Alternative to two wrasse above)
o) Lineatus Wrasse (one) - Alternative to a wrasse above)
Mccoskers is similar to the carpenters wrasse but the mccoskers looks way better

That’s a nice looking wish list - On the wrasse side I can help you (I have 7, 4 are fairies, 2 are Halichoeres, 1 is a BSLW and the other is a cryptic pinstripe.
With wrasse, fairy wrasse flashers and Halichoeres will always turn male if there’s only two of the same species in the tank. I recommend if you want a mccoskers to get 3 (1 male, 2 females), same with the red lined - if that is the H. biocellatus.
I recommend only one exquisite and then another wrasse.
The Blue Star Leopard can work out however, wait till the tank is seeded with pods and you get one that’s eating. Convict tangs are the most peaceful of any tang because they don’t have the scalpel the others have, so you wouldn’t have to worry too much about aggression from him with a BSLW.
The order I recommend adding them in is:

- All Carpenters and/or Mccoskers (Same time)
- Exquisite (These have the aggression of a lubbocki in my experience)
- Blue Star Leopard Wrasse (Precicely to get it in a tank seeded with copepods if it won’t eat)
- Red lined wrasse,
- Lineatus last because they can get very aggressive.
