I know that you said no Flame Angel, but I got this really hard to get picture of a nuptial coloration of my Flame Angel that Angel lovers got to see.

Normal Male angel coloration

Male Nuptial coloration. That fish is On Fire, giving a new meaning to "Flame Angel"

How is the flame aggression? Wife would love one, but we had a bellus angel start killing most every fish in our tank (125 mixed reef), so we're kinda leary of angels now

Mine is kind of a dick, has not killed anything though but nothing has been added after it either.

I have nothing against flames at all, and that is incredible what you posted! I just know that between them and coral beauties are fairly common ones for people to try to keep in reef tanks so therefor I was curious in seeing what possibly non-reef safe or reef safe with caution angels people have kept.

My harem is great. They live in a large tank, 320 and very well fed. No problem with aggression and no picking.

Imperator, eibli, coral beauty and cream/xanthurus with a half black in QT for my growing list of angels. Needless to say I have no clove polyps, anthelia, majano or aiptasia left. I think someone has nibbles on my galaxy zoos but for the most part all is well in my slice of the reef.

i cant think

I have a regal among my 5-6 other Corallivores in a reef and none of them bother coral unless the coral is already doing badly and essentially dying. As you can see blurred in the back of this photo I have a bleaching acropora and all my fish dine on him but they only started it when he was beginning to bleach :)
