Is this a stock list from scratch? Nothing in tank now? Royal Gramma would be a nice centerpiece in that size tank, fairly peaceful. 20-30 gallon is recommended minimum....
+1 royal gramma
A bit territorial but really more bark than bite.

I wouldn’t do more than one gramma in that size tank. For the other fish, I’d also generally stick to one per species, as they are known to fight. I’d also look into the areas of the tank each occupy and not get too many per area (sand, rock, open water).

I keep a Mandarin in a 23 gallon with about 20lbs of live rock (a lot) and reverse undergravel sand bed. It's grown from 1/2" juvenile to 1.5" about and it's totally fat maybe too fat. It's totally possible and a very very peaceful fish, but your system has to be designed for it.

As @Sharkbait19 said well...

Red firefish are good, however I made a mistake and placed three of them together. They seemed to get along fine when they were the only fish in the tank. Once I added other species, two of them decided to bully the third and they made his life miserable. Might just be a coincidence. Maybe the two were becoming a pair. I don't know. After a few months, I'd had enough and returned the bullies to the LFS. Now the third is healthy happy and active. I think he realizes what I did for him and appreciates it.
