What are these little insect like things in my sump?

I bought some chaeto from my LFS a few weeks ago and now I see these guys crawling all around it in my sump. I don't see any of them in my display tank.

Copepods and/or amphipods. Good guys

I can not see your attachment, but typically when someone says insect or bug, they are pods of some type....copepods, amphipods, isopods....

Thanks, that's what I figured but they look much bigger than the ones I've gotten from algaebarn for my other tank. I attached a screenshot since the video doesn't seem to be working.

They are amphipods which is good.
