What are these popping up in my tank during a algae outbreak?

Have a major algae outbreak atm n just noticed these on my coral running light on minimum ,, and dosing dr Tim’s waste away,, (photos took at night)

Not sure what you're talking about and I dont see an algae outbreak. Looks like maturing rock.
