So I saw one of these clear things on the glass yesterday. Looks like they have a bunch of dots where its attached to glass and then a long clear strand kind of just swings off into the water. There are several today.

No they dont do antrhing when disturbed. there were 5 of them all near the new zoa I have. It came with some kind of algae I hardcore scraped off and put back. Could it be from the 2 polyps I pretty well killed getting algae off?

The tank is only like 3 months old I've already had a trochus snail hatching and stomatella snail hatching, both hitchhiked either on snails/crabs or chaeto. I did my best to just get them out.

I also got bristle worms (only 1 I let him live) , asterina stars (only 2 I let them live), and a **** load of spirorbid worms that I really hate but not sure how I'd ever get rid of those at this point. I started with dry rock to avoid hitchhikers bought 2 things got them all anyway lol.
