What are these white jelly like things

Hello all ,

I'm about to do a tankntransfer and was thinking of seeding the new tanknwith some of my filter media, I have a all in one so whe I pulled up one of my slots , I see a bunch of these white jelly like things all over the media

1. Are these beneficial?
2. Would you recommend me seeding the new tanknwith this filter media even if it has all these white jelly like things on it?

I see some pineapple sponges on your media (harmless filter feeders)

Yep, pineapple sponges. Harmless filter feeders, and, if you have an angel fish, fish food.
