I need some help identifying those translucent tube looking things. The entire growth is about the size of a nickel. I have a couple smaller patches on the other side of the rock. Just to clearify, I am not talking about what is touching that montipora, that’s super glue. I want to know the small tubes about an inch below the montipora

Agreed. I had the same thing come up in multiple areas of the tank when it was young. I was worried that it would take over. I read somewhere that it would subside over time, and sure enough, within a couple of months it was nearly gone. Never bothered any corals.
