Those are gammarid amphipods. Very common hitchikers. Some can be pests but most are harmless members of the CUC. As long as you don't see any damage being caused, I wouldn't worry.

Yeah sorry looking at wrong download of someone's feather duster and not your video of a ampripod with bit of sand .here a ampripod of mine catching another pod never a dull moment in our tanks ,everything trying to eat everything or sting something or release toxins to defend itself ha ha

Yeah can download them and they go in your gallery .
Not quite mastered myself how to do it as you can tell with me saying it's a feather duster lol.was looking someone else's download as I download then look gallery to see if there but usually isn't but of go back this thread and press on link then can view video and says view just once also but often that doesn't work for me lol

Nooo! Not the Munnid isopod!
That video is going to give me nightmares for the rest of my life :eek:!
My tank literally crawling with munnid isopods ,well all kinds pods,even spider looking/ acting poss and little ones that look like woodlice ( rolls poly's) I actually get more enjoyment at night after lights out looking at all the critters lol
