What can cause the Logo light on the P4 to be OFF?

The power to my router went off temporarily. When it came back on, I noticed the logos on all the devices were white (and I could not connect with the app). I rebooted the P4 and then could connect. The logos on all the devices turned BLUE except the P4. There is no light on of any color on the P4.

Any ideas? Thank you.

Did you turn it off within the P4?
No I didn't, but I figured out the problem.
The percentage (of logo light intensity) had been set to 20% from "Day 1" and had been working fine. For some reason, after the router rebooted and required me to reboot the P4 (in order to connect to the app), the 20% was no longer enough for the P4 logo to light up (but was enough for the other devices). I increased the intensity to 25% and now all devices light up.
