What do you do with your RODI waste water?

Rodi waste goes to two 55 g rainwater barrels for drip irrigation of the kids herb garden. Doesn’t last long in the heat here but it’s still better than straight to drain.

I’ve used it to water plants and also to mop floors with. TBS water isn't exactly dirty just high in nutrients.

I collect it in a water barrel in the backyard and use it to water the garden. When we had a RO system for drinking water, we had no idea about the waste water going down the drain... Starting my fish tank and learning about RODI helped me learn more about waste water and how wasteful it is...

FYI, found out only using my waste water to water the garden wasn't enough so I had to turn our drip system back on, but programmed to water much less... I don't know if I'm just watering more but I swear all my plants have grown more this season than ever before... maybe it's the waste water they like...

I run my waste water through a second ro membrane. My tds pre di is like 3 so it’s not a big deal. Cuts my waste water in half, and makes more water. I pay for city water so it’s a big savings.

I run mine to a rain bucket outside by my vegestables and water them with it. It's still very clean water.

I have two drums. One drum for RODI, one for waste. I pump waste water to the washing machine or fresh water tank occasionally over the past three years

With source water that clean you could change your flow restrictor to make it use less water.

Use a lower ml flow restrictor? I have a 1000ml now, it’s a 200gpd system. Sorry don’t know much about this.

Wait... your TDS is 10? At that rate I'd skip the RO entirely and run a 3 stage DI setup. 0 waste option
