My latest reef tank is a 30 gallon mixed reef. I packed it with rock and payed attention to my scape, with the idea of creating almost a tongue and groove sort of design that mimics a natural reef. I packed it with a lot of small frags that are growing well, but it seems the major limiting factor is space. My wife says that the tank looks like a little fairy village.

I think your tank looks awesome. It's under some additional T5 lighting right? To me the pastel coloration is aesthetically pleasing.

That is a lot in a 30gallon. I have less in my 112 gallon and I feel like there is no more room but the other half wants more and thinks it can fit. Of course her ritteri anemone hogging 1/3rd of the tank doesn’t help but still I’m impressed with all you got in there. Great job.

I’ll vote for fairy village but with some larger colonies mixed in

It’s late and my tanks on heavy blues now, I can’t even filter them out now. I didn’t want to mess with the lights but took some pics. Fairy village seems appropriate haha thanks for ruining my perception…that will always stick with me now

A little fairy village? That’s hilarious. Straight up.

Tank looks rad.
