What foods for a yellow Assessor?

Can anyone tell me if these fish are jumpers?

They are not terribly jumpy although they will jump if they are intimidated.

The first yellow assessor I ever had I lost to the carpet. My purple tang was just too boisterous for the assessor to get comfortable and he eventually bailed out.
