I am almost out of Tropic Marine Reef Pro salt. In the event stock levels do not rise in time, is HW-MARINEMIX REEFER SALT MIX from BRS an acceptable substitute? Thinking of ordering some now and easing into the transition.

I use TM Pro. My substitutes would be Brightwell Neomarine then Red Sea Blue Bucket. The HW Marine mixes up to a slightly higher Dkh than Brightwell or Red Sea Blue which is okay so long as youre aware of it. I dont think any of them are bad salts you just want to know the differences and adjust accordingly.

Edit: You could always go with the probiotic Tropic Marin too. a couple extra dollars but essentially that same Mix.
