I noticed this on the side of a rock on 5/10 right about when I started seeing diatoms in my tank.

For a day or two I couldn’t seem to find it and thought it was eaten by a snail or something. Maybe I just missed it but I was really looking.

Anyway, it’s back and seems slightly thicker. Is it anything to be concerned about?

Any help is appreciated!

Oh my eyes are getting old. It’s linear, not moving. ? Algae? Then it’s likely not perfect and I would remove it.
Thanks! It is hard to see; a lot of which is my lack of photography skill. I have a more recent video where it is a bit larger but I think the file size is probably not cool.

Idk, all the dog, cat and ferret hair I find floating in my tank doesn't look like that. Maybe it's some kind of something a marine entomologist might like to look at and talk about.

Yeah the file size limitation is a b.
