Hello fellow reefers, I was looking at my corals today and I noticed that there was something suspicious living inside one of my corals. I have searched all over the internet trying to figure out what they are and have not had much luck. Based on the pictures that I have attached. You’ll notice that one side of the coral has one large spike and looks like a normal acro, on the other side the same acro and same frag has many little spikes and at the tip has what looks like a worm of some sort peaking out of the tips. It is obvious to be that what ever it is, it’s stunting the growth of the coral. Does anyone have any information kn this and what I should do?
thank you!

Here is a video I captured awhile ago to show someone the PE of a frag I was selling.
It was a bit hard to catch on camera but it's visible.

This is a very helpful thread. It seems there are tons of opinions on how to get rid of them but none of them really seem full proof. It sounds like the best way to get rid of them is to cut the infested part out. I may start with that or even taking s pair of tweezers and trying to pull them out.
