Please help, What is this?

it’s always been on the rock since I got it years ago. It lives in the shade, but it’s getting worse now that I’m feeding more and trying to keep po4 and no3 above zero. They are not anywhere that bothers me yet, but wondering if they will get out of hand...

This used to be limited to one little patch on a rock, but has since started to pop up on other rocks in my tank? Any ideas? Appear to be little tubes that are soft and not hard with little flower like heads. Almost look like mini aptaisia but they grow out of tubes in patches. Good or bad and ID please?

Colonial hydroids = very bad and near impossible to eliminate.
Tried fenbendazole as a solution (you have to remove all inverts from your tank before treatment) and that knocked them back pretty hard but did not eliminate them.
I ended up removing, drying, and then bleaching any rock that had even one and I believe I am finally rid of them. They do form a kind of mat with hard tubes that we tried a dozen or more things on to kill them, but none were successful.

My experience personally was colonial hydroids - much like digitate hydroids - tend to vanish on their own if tanks mature. No action is needed. Dunno how old your tank was at the time though.

Looks like vermetid snail tubes. You can pull the snail out and break them off. Just be careful not to harm the snail :)

I’ve posted this on a hitchhikers id thread and I’ve been told this may be a peanut worm or 2 peanut worms and if it’s not then no one knows what it is. Just as an extra opinion I was wondering what you may think this is and whatever it is how can I remove it from my frag of psammacora that it lives in such as a dip or coral wash maybe?? Here’s a video below. @Crabs McJones
