Howdy folks,
I found this little guy in my QT 6 days after I removed the live rock I was monitoring. Yesterday it didn't look like he had a shell, and now it kinda does. Any idea what he is and whether he can go into my main tank?
(The pinkish stuff on the bottom appears to be a sliver of my display rock.)

Found this guy on one of my zoa colonies a few days ago and moved him. This morning back to the exact same spot.

Is he a predator?

need a better look at face. Out of water , will not come out. May be a whelk snail- Bad, Cerith snail - Good or a strombus snail - bad

I thought this was identified somewhere on this thread but couldn’t find it. It’s the web looking thing I noticed a couple of them in my live rock and only come out at night

I could be wrong but think it’s a cucumber. This is a different species but you can see the similarities.
