Are these new zoas or something more sinister? Seems more invasive ever day and that would be a lot of zoa growth all at once.

Just looks like regular zoanthids to me. Pretty sure I used to have that exact morph

What are these?
Found in my as of now unseeded refugium.
There was one piece of live rock put in my DT but none in my fuge.
Can anyone assist in naming?
Are they pests or valuable creatures?
Thanks in advance.

I have bristle worms. Have been trying to spear them with a long stick with a flat exacto blade at the end. I'm terrible at it. Original idea but not very effective. How can I eradicate them, without disturbing my corals.

Feed less and the population will decline. A couple of large ones in a tank is a benefit.

Have these weird strings growing out of the rock.
Can tear 'm off but they grow back quite fast.
They also seem to catch stuff from the water column.
They seem harmless but are really *****.

I believe that's what they're suppose to look like. Is that a tiger cowrie by chance?

No idea. I have a few different varieties in the tank, some completely white and shiny and a couple of these
