Currently dealing with rust brown planaria/flatworms. They are ugly and a nuisance more than anything. I keep on top of them with siphoning. I bought a springer's damsel to try natural control, as suggested to me by the shop owner, but it , and before shows zero interest. Next step will be flatworm exit, I guess... Though I'm reluctant to try it.
Get a six line wrasse, I haven’t seen one since I did

Dinos can be a real pain if you don't run a UV sterilizer. And yes, they hurt SPS.

Bubble algae when it gets entrenched is up on my list.

I've heard others have had similar success. They can be such jerk fish, though. I bit the bullet and treated with flatworm exit. So far, so good. I did two treatments a week apart. May do one more just to ensure I catch any stragglers I may have missed.

Its cuz everyones sold on these bottle products these days. You think the ocean gets dosed daily with vibrant or mb7 or fritz super buffer? Lol.
Your impacting the chemistry of the water and it has to do something with that ying yang. The water dosent magically clear.

Mine is peaceful enough, he's a little guy and my clown bullies him a lot. I had used flatworm exit in the past, but they kept coming back.

I thought aiptasia, but no. I thought vermetids, but no. Absolutely worst pest is that dang sps coral forgot the name pocillipora or something. Omg it’s horrible in an established sps tank. That thing grows on every single piece of open the real estate.

INTERESTING! Nice twist to the thread! Sometimes the corals you add to the system end up being the worst pest you have to deal with in the tank!

Like hearing all of these different answers and thoughts from everyone!

I think the worst are coral eating nudis. They are so small compared to everything else and most hobbyist do not realize they are they until they have a crazy population of them!

Planaria ...
I have tried every fish said you eat then with no success .
can’t find a nudi .
and to use flatworm exit which requires a large water change after use. .
The largest water change I am able to do is a 10%

230 dt with 40 gal sump
