This started hair looking algae started popping up about a week ago and now it’s starting to grow on coral what is it and how do I get rid of it

Looks dino-like to me... what are your NO3 and PO4 levels? If tank is new likely could be due to low PO4?

Could be dinos or simple algae. How are your nutrients? Algae isn't a deal but dinos can be.

Its the start of dino. Siphon, clean filters daily, reduce or turn off white lights for a few days and add 1.5ml of hydrogen peroxide per 10 gallons at night. If you have liquid bacteria, add 1ml per 10 gallons during the day. This will start to subside and vanish

Thank I’m doing a 3 day blackout starting today to see how it works
