Hello all,

I am stump on this. Cant find it anywhere.
It like a brown hair algae. I thought it was diatom. It was worse last week and I decided to blackout for 5 days and dose peroxide. I opened it up on sunday and looks cleaned.
But today. Its sprouting again.

I couldn't possibly tell off that. It's best taking pictures or videos when your lights are fully on.
Also how long has your tank been running for?

Can you blow it off the rocks with a turkey baster, or is it firmly attached?

If it's attached, is it very fine in texture?

I can't really blow it off.
I can remove it specially the one on the GSP.

Still new tank. Like 4 months

Hold on trying to add another video

I've had it in my tank, so if you want any further info just let me know. I used Reeflux to eradicate it.
Read up and see if it matches what you have and good luck.

Fluconasal (flux) or liquid vibrant destroys this well.
Be sure to pull what you can by hand and attack the roots
