An angel that’s constipated and likely having difficulty releasing feces. Do not feed any hard or pelleted foods. Peas boiled and the inner meat fed to the fish may help
This issue is often seen by @Jay Hemdal who Will chime in

We need more background information on this. Here is a post that describes additional information that we need:

How long has the fish had this?
Is it still feeding?

The two main possibilities are: a prolapsed intestine or a large piece of feces (perhaps from eating something that couldn't be digested).

If it was a prolapsed intestine it ripped off the fish, seen it on the sand bed

Sorry to hear - sounds like it has internal injuries from some issue and that's why it has stopped feeding. There isn't anything that can be done about internal damage like that.
