What is this, looks like a plant.

I found this thing to well blowing of my rocks. It’s soft and kinda looks like a plant of some sort.

Any ideas of what it is?

It look like the tube for some of the worms in the sand.
spionid worms build them tubes from the substrate bits. Few other creatures do the same, but w/o photo of the actual bugger can't say anything.

Yes, I would say that is it.
From what I read, it isn’t too bad unless there are many of them.
