I think those are mesenterial filaments, which means that the foot of the anemone has tears on it's surface, basically its guts spilling out. Based on my experience, you should put the anemone into an additional container if you don't have a quarantine tank, to prevent additional injuries, and see if it gets better. If it starts to rot and smells awful (ammonia?), it will be better if you put it in the trash. I'm sorry if i'm wrong. I hope your anemone gets better!Tank is 75 gallon and has been running for like 6 months and I have another anemone that is fine
He there,
It’s difficult to tell from the photo but that might be a flat worm if it is not actually a part of the anemone. If your tank has a know worm problem this might be something to investigate. Good luck
Ouch! I'm very sorry for your loss, i hope your other aquarium inhabitants are still in good health, happy reefing!Thank you guys for the help but the anemone died awhile ago I think it had to have been torn foot
Awesome!Just ordered a new anemone hopefully this one does better
