I just noticed that my clown has been hanging out under my jet and hasn’t been eating the past two days. I looked at it today and noticed a thing on the side of his head.

If what I'm seeing circled is little white dots it looks like ich. Try an HD video and pause and screen shotting a cleaner picture. (if that isn't how you got the current pics that is) :)

The little a hole won’t give me his other side lol. It looks like something is attached to him. I’ll keep trying for a better pic. There isn’t any white spotting on him or any of the other fish.

Does it look like a single grain of sand attached to it? Then it's probably ich. Could be lymph but that's usually on the fins less common on the body. Still try and get a better Pic and well see if anyone has any other I put for ya too! :)

No not a grain, it’s kinda fuzzy looking almost as if it got nipped or something.

Pics are really hard to depict from but I am suspecting bacterial or even Brooklynella. Brooklynella is similar to Oodinum and fish generally develops mucus and fuzziness/haziness on it its body

There isn’t any haziness to the body at all, there is just that one spot. Could it be a anchor worm perhaps?

Ok, caught it, took a pic, and now it’s actively bleeding from the spot.

any chance it's injured and the sore is starting to get infected so it's a bit puffy?
