This is a 55 gallon tank no skimmer, it has been up since November 2020. Also nothing in except for half a dozen CUC & a sand shifting starfish. Thanks!

I'm sorry I can't put a name on them, but I recall that there is a group of sessile filter feeding worms that extend long appendages from where they reside in rock work. I've got lots of them in my aquarium, although yours appear to be larger than mine. Mine only extend about 2-2.5 cm.

Are you thinking of spaghetti worms?

Are these something I need to be concerned with or just leave them alone? If they are not supposed to be in the rock how do I get rid of them?

Spinoid worms. What you see are called palps which they send out to search for food
You can place a dab of GEL super glue from dollar store to put an end to them although they are not harmful- just annoying to some coral.
