I'll take another picture today but some of the areas are real long and snooty. Not sure if Chyrsophytes can look like that? I just checked my phosphates and nitrates and they were stupidly high. Phosphates at 1.24 and nitrates at 40. The literally quadrupled after the blackout.

long stringy is not typical of chrysophytes, but pretty strong indicator of dinos.
Totally possible to have a mixed assembly though. could be more than one thing.

This looks like Dino's right? I feel like this tank is a lost cause and I am better off bleacing and starting over.

yeah. that's gonna be dinos. But I disagree with your assessment of the tank.

Not sure what else I can do. My nutrients are super high, uv sterilizers are not working, tried h2o2, tried Dr. Tim's, etc.

I promise, it's never that dire.
Before we dig too deep in what to do, lets see if we can get the actual organism(s) figured out.
suck up a little bit of material from 2 different spots. One from the long bubbly stings in this pic

and take the other sample from the blobby gelatinous stuff on the rock surface in this pic

Put both under the microscope and shoot short video so we can see cell movement.

agreed! congrats, you don't have dinos.
This is (what we have been calling) chrysophytes.
golden motionless tiny spherical cells embedded in thick gelatinous goo that keeps them spaced separately. I had not seen the gelatinous goo form long bubbly strings like this before, so thanks for demonstrating that.
great microscope view in the video. Those things are tiiiny.

That's under 40x. How do I get rid of them?
