what is this Small rubber washer

I was cleaning my NYOS Quantum 120 skimmer, and this small rubber washer popped out of nowhere. Where does this go? All the instructions don’t mention this piece.

Do they have a website, or can you find a manual online? They may have a parts list.

It goes between parts 15 & 13 on the diagram in post #3. It goes on top of the shaft of part 15, then part 13 goes on top of it and the screw (I blieve part 21) goes through it.

I have the Nyos Quantum 160, and am always careful with that piece. Stuff like that is so easy to lose.

Thank you! So I guessed that's what it was for and did that as well. It seemed to fit just fine. I guess it dampens the noise?
