What is this thing in my zoas and why did they stop opening?

What is this guy?
It's like a hard looking cone then a feather comes out and it randomly appeared in between my zoas of which aren't opening any longer.
So if anyone could help on both, much is appreciated.

Those are some unhappy zoanthids
Try a chemiclean dip
As for the worm, it may be in poor health

Can you take it out and shake it off in regular saltwater first? Then grab a picture of it in the container, if you can.

It could be a nudi, as it has texture/flaps.

Also remember he many not be what's going on with your zoas. It's the logical first diagnosis, but it could also be something harmless taking advantage of a situation. The reason for shaking it in saltwater first, is it will be in it's original condition to take a picture and try to ID.
