That is no aiptasia unless theres different kinds. I have had those and still do but that looks nothing like the other ones I used to have

I don't think its aptasia, there is no stalk. I'm sticking with cup coral.

I immediately thought.... baby plate coral. It has a “skirt” and tentacles.

Hmm going off of pics online from your suggestions I think it's a cup coral ... or maybe a plate coral ... kinda looks more like a cup coral though I think. Didnt even know those where a thing ha thanks

It could be a cup coral or plate coral, I'm not really sure. Either way though, its safe

If it is a plate coral, it will likely detach and float around/away. They like to eat, any microplanktonic coral food would make those tentacles happy.
