This is definitely not a vermitid, but it puts out feeding nets just like them. However, you can see it moving inside of this encrusted shell part almost looks like a snails mouth inside, can anybody help me with ID'ing it?

Just a second, I know it, but it's on my tong, can't say the name :(
I had few of the similar tubes and snail/worm in, it's like the spaghetti one there exist few with dark coloration and the tentacles are also dark one of them is looking like the vermeted snail, but actually the spaghetti like tentacles are floating in the water and catch detritus and not only from the water flow.
If you can when you see is extending the net like to disturb it, I bet you will see is getting it back in the tube (the tentacle. The vermeted snail isn't going to get back the net.

P.S. and the tube isn't hard like the vermeted one have, it's a bit soft like a jell
